Many Chinese enterprises, when being parties to maritime disputes involving foreign affairs, may face a less satisfactory outcome since they are unfamiliar with the rules of the extraterritorial arbitration organizations. With purpose of improving the handling abilities of the corporate counsels and maritime lawyers in the extraterritorial arbitrations and widening their vision, the Maritime Committee of All China Lawyers Association will hold 2018 International Maritime Arbitration Practical Symposium - From the Perspective of the Belt & Road Initiative in Qingdao on September 15-16, 2018.
