Ms. Lu Fei is the Deputy Director of Commission Affairs Division of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). She started her arbitration experience as a case manager with CIETAC and has taken roles at different divisions of CIETAC. She acts as arbitrator in both domestic and international cases.

Dr. Sabine Konrad is partner of the law firm Morgan Lewis, Frankfurt/Main. She focuses on international dispute resolution. She advises investors and governments in matters of investment protection. In addition, she acts as arbitrator in investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration cases.

Professor Jane Willems is associate professor of law, Tsinghua University School of Law, Beijing. Professor Willems focuses on international arbitration and international investment law. Besides research and university teaching she acts as arbitrator and counsel in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Moritz Lumma, Minister-Counsellor. When not posted abroad he served inter alia as head of division in the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy as Germany´s government counsel before the European Court of Justice and coordinated investment arbitration proceedings.
