Highlights:  On the occasion of the China Arbitration Summit and the Belt & Road Arbitration Institutions Roundtable Forum a SPANISH ARBITRATION DAY will take place in Beijing on 7 November, featuring a seminar on arbitration in Spain.

Participants will learn about the ground-breaking Spanish Arbitration Act and the favourable economic and legal framework which make Spain a very attractive centre for International Arbitration. For everything related to Latin America, Spain is a dispute resolution centre of the very first order, including for investments originating from Asia.

The seminar will make a presentation of the report of the “Commission to Promote Spain as a Seat for International Arbitration”. 

Who should attend: Legal practitioners including Lawyers, In-House Counsels, Arbitrators, Academics etc. who are interested in International Arbitration and Managers of companies with a Spanish and/or Latin American element.
