On the occasion of CIETAC’s Arbitration Week, SPANISH ARBITRATION DAY with LATAM, organized by Mr. J. Félix de Luis, will take place in Beijing on September the 19th. The event will feature a seminar on arbitration in Spain and Latin America, with a particular focus on the latest developments regarding the practice in these parts of the world.  

Spain represents a very attractive international arbitration hub and a dispute resolution center, especially for Latin American countries, with special importance for investments originating in Asia. For everything related to Latin America, Spain is a dispute resolution centre of the very first order.

Participants will learn about the latest development regarding the arbitration practice in Spain and Latin America. The seminar will also deal with the new leading Arbitration Court in Spain and the role played by the Spanish Club of Arbitration, Club Español del Arbitraje, CEA (www.clubarbitraje.com) an association of professionals with over 1000 members in 40 different countries.
