Objective

The China Arbitration Week 2017 edition and the CIETAC will welcome a unique event in arbitration—the Portuguese Arbitration Day—bringing to Beijing a host of practitioners and scholars speaking Portuguese in international arbitration.

The meeting will take place in Beijing – China and will address some of the key concerns of Chinese and Portuguese parties regarding international arbitration and will demystify international arbitration for them. It will also give notice of recent developments of the CIETAC and the Portuguese Arbitration Community.
