The year 2026 is a milestone of pivotalsignificance, marking both the 70th anniversary ofCIETAC's founding and the flourishing of arbitration inChina over the seventy years, as well as the inauguralyear of the formal implementation of the newly revisedArbitration Law of the People's Republic of China(the"Arbitration Law"). At this historic juncture wherelegacy meets renewal, the 14th China Arbitration Weekwill be formally held across the globe from September15 to September 21, 2026.
